AirconSystems is the subsidary company to AirconMech, specialising solely in offering a comprehensive and professional maintenance service. Our company is qualified to provide maintenance services to just about everything in heating and cooling. From boilers of all sorts to air handling and air conditioning systems we offer two types of maintenance services:

1. Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance will ensure that your system runs as efficiently as possible. AirconSystems can offer contract support services to all our clients to guarantee that you are getting the maximum efficiency from your equipment, saving you money from needless repairs due to lack of care. With our contract support service you have the following options:

• A pre-set schedule of visits per year convienent to you and as per manufacturer recommendations
• A full and complete service of all equipment
• 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service
• Service reports outlining the current condition of the equipment serviced
• Recommendations of any remedial repairs to ensure optimum working performance of the equipment. Faulty parts and equipment found during a service visit will be reported to the customer, in writing if requested.

2. Repairs

AirconSystems offer a speedy repair service to get your systems back up and running as quickly as possible. When we call, if your system requires new parts, we will expalin the need for the new parts and work will be undertaken by AirconSystems upon written request from the customer or in an emergency verbally and confirmed later in writing, and chargeable at appropriate rates as per contract.
