We are delighted to work with Edgewater Contracts to provide the Mechanical Services installation to the existing plant room serving 103 bedrooms over a 2-floor extension and a new wing.
Mechanical Services include:
- Supply of air handling equipment
- Installation of low-pressure ductwork, air conditioning and water services pipework
- Installation of soils & waste pipework
- Insulation & cladding of services
- ACE BMS controls installed
- Commissioning and validation of all equipment
