Partnering with Nevin Construction, AirconMech is delighted to provide mechanical services once again to BNY Mellon, Rochestown, Drinagh, Co Wexford. Remedial works will be completed to existed fire dampers as well as installing new low-pressure ductwork on all floors. A new CMS tank will be located on the roof with trace heating on the pipework. New sanitary ware will be installed on the ground floor as well as the installation of 2 no. fancoil units.
