It’s exciting times as we embark on providing mechanical services to our fifth student accommodation. We previously completed works in Dublin at Dominick Place, Brickfield Lane and Montrose as well as at Copley St., the Cork-based student accommodation. Partnering with Walls Construction, the new GSA student accommodation located on the North Circular Road, Dublin will be close to the new Grangegorman Dublin Institute of Technology. This purpose-built student accommodation will be home to 289 bedspaces within 47 no. bedroom clusters across 2 no. residential blocks. Amenities will include a gym, TV and study areas, cinema room and lounge areas.
Mechanical services will include the Supply & Installation of:
- Low-pressure ductwork
- Air conditioning
- LPHW pipework
- Water services pipework
- Soils & waste pipework
- Insulation & cladding of services
- BMS Controls
- Dry riser
- Fire extinguishers
