Mechanical Services Installation:
- Ventilation supply, install and set to work 1 No. Heat Recovery supply and extract unit including assocaited works. Supply, install and set to work 2 No. AHU supply and extract units.upply and install all supply and extract rigid and flexi ductwork
- LPHW & CHW Installation: Complete supply & install of 2 No high efficiency with low noise heat pumps to include an integrated CHW single pump & LPHW single pump. Complete supply & install of all LPHW pipework and of the secondary LPHW circulating pump sets. Supply and fit of fan coil units including control valves. Complete supply & install of all CHW pipework. Testing, commissioning and labelling of all new pipe work.
- Water Services Installation: Supply and installation of the new mains & cold water distribution pipework system. Supply and installation of the new hot water flow and return distribution pipework system.
- Air conditioning Installation: Supply and the installation of all new pipework, insulation, controllers, containment for pipework, internal AC units.
- Controls: New floor standing BMS motor control panels- install, test & commission inverters from all equipment.
