79 Bedroom Hotel with Spa Complex.
The Brandon House Hotel was a 1st of it’s kind in that the installation of Air Conditioning was combined with a Borehole system that utilises ground water to assist in the heating and cooling conditions required within the building, thus reducing the power consumption of the air conditioning units. 3 Ground source Heat Pumps located in the basement provide the Heating and Cooling requirements to the hotel via the Ventilation also manufactured and installed by Airconmech. Individual ducted Air Conditioning Units fitted above the ceiling were used to service the new treatment rooms within the new spa facility. All domestic Water Services and Plumbing were also completed and retrofitted by Airconmech with no damage to the older listed building structure.
