Brown Thomas– Ground Floor Refurbishment Project
Supply and install mechanical services comprising of Low Pressure Hot Water, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Controls. The installation included Air Handling Unit and associated external ductwork, fan coil units positioned throughout the store and a LPHW and CHW network to service this equipment. A new Cylon control system was installed with the facility to take the rest of the store as it gets upgraded.
Project was carried out on time and under budget with the added difficulty of working within a live environment.
