Full mechancial installation completed for approx 4,645 sqm office block.,

Works included:

• Heating and cooling 5 floors with VRF system.
• Each floor was open plan with meeting rooms treated separately.
• Main LPHW from a central boiler house with direct gas fired boilers feeding radiators at each level.
• AHU plant with ducting and associated works to temper the supply to the VRF system.
• Central gas fired storage Calorifier feeding the central core toilet blocks.
• The building is controlled by a central BMS with individual AC controllers as needed.
