AirconMech is delighted to provide mechanical services to Fernbank, a new development of high specification apartments located on the Notre Dame site in Churchtown, Dublin. The development consists of 1, 2, 2 bedroom and study and 3 bedroom apartments with a total of 261 apartments.
There are 7 blocks of apartments with 3-5 floors in each block, covering approximately 22,500sqm of living space.
Mechanical Services Include::
- Supply HRU.
- Low pressure and fire rated ductwork.
- LPHW pipework installation & full boiler house (CHP, Boiler, Header)
- BMS system.
