The Monart Destination Spa which includes 69 Delux Bedrooms was awarded one of the worlds top three destination spas in the world. The Project, Completed to an extremely high level of quality, included the Ventilation Services, Mains and Domestic Water, Low Pressure Hot Water Services, Gas Services and Building Management System. Part of the building is also classified as listed therefore the design element had to be carefully planned to avoid damage.
