The execution of this project included Domestic Heating and Water Services with plant room, BMS Control System, Air Handling Systems, Air Conditioned individually controlled bedrooms, Ventilation including smoke services, Gas services and all Plant and General Mechanical Requirements.
The 4-star hotel development included 228 bedrooms, 14 meeting rooms, a conference centre, spa facilities including 25-meter swimming pool, kitchens, bars and public areas all completed by Airconmech Ltd. on time and within budget.
