Multiple Outlets for International Fashion Retailer
In 2010, Airconmech completed services to 10 new retail outlets between the U.K. and Ireland with a further 10 completed in the U.K in 2011. Each project involved the design and build Mechanical package for one of Europe’s largest retail chains including the development of the flagship store in Glasgow in 2010. The general scope of works involved a Full M&E package including, Ventilation services, Domestic Water services, Air Conditioning services and Motor Control Centre.
The Air Conditioning system within the building consists of Mitsubishi Electric City Multi System and Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump Systems. The city multi-system provides heating and cooling for all offices mentioned in the A/C schedule. Every sales floor is served by City multi-heat pumps systems consisting of a number of cassettes.
All office areas can be controlled via local controllers, while the shop floor is controlled by accessing the G-5D controller in the BMS Panel in the switch room.
