Project Scope: Spanning 35,000sqft over 3 storeys, the Wright Venue is one of Europeans largest Nightclubs. Winning ‘Best Nightclub Design 2010’ against every nightclub in the world, Airconmech are proud to be associated with the development of the project.
Our scope included the installation of full mechanical services, ventilation, air Conditioning, cash transfer, refrigeration and plumbing services including Gas Services and Soils and Wastes, all managed by Airconmech’s Project Team.
Due to the number of different zones, private bars and function rooms, Airconmech installed over 30 separate ventilation systems and over 30 air conditioning units to allow diversity of control to different zones and conditions within the club as well as outside the club with the three smoking areas served by 7 Gas Fired radiant Tube Heaters.
The installation included a number of Cold Rooms and associated refrigeration of beer.
