Project Scope:
Ventilation Services:
Providing Mechanical Filtered full fresh Air Ventilation to the Drying areas, Ground Floor Wet Changing area and Evaporator areas with 5 Central Air Handling Units.
The supply air is distributed to each area from the relevant central air handling unit via high level Ductwork utilising double deflection diffusers in low ceiling areas and air sock system in high level spaces.Stainless steel ductwork is provided in all production areas while galvanised ductwork is used in the wet changing areas and external areas to point entry.
Mechanical filtered air ventilation is provided to the new Bagging & Dispatch area from a roof mounted central AHU, complete with Heating & Cooling coils arrangement.
Piped Services:
Steam & Chilled Water is provided to the heating & coiling coils of AHU from valve connection point off the existing main system at high level within the new Paletiser/Loading Bay area. All pipework is fully insulated & clad. New stainless Steel Sinks are provided as part of the contract in the locker rooms & changing rooms complete with sensor taps, thermostatic mixing and local point of use electrical water heater. Cold water connection is provided to each sink.
