Refurbishment works have commenced at Copley Lane, Student Accommodation. This is phase one in a two-phase project.
Mechanical works in this phase include the installation of:
- Mains water pipework.
- Hot, cold and hot water return pipework
- Soils and waste pipework.
- AHU’s for residential, communal and Gym areas
