- Roof mounted AHU into new lab area.
- Extract/exhaust ductwork.
- Air Conditioning system in new lab area with an outdoor roof unit including all associated refrigerant pipework and ductwork.
- Chiller on roof area including all associated CW pipework.
- Insulation
- All work was commissioned and validated
